We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when communicating with us. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide for your project (text, images, assets) does not violate any third-party rights.
Agency Rights: ChikuWeb retains ownership of all underlying code, libraries, and design tools used to create your project until full payment is received.
Client Rights: Upon full payment, you grant ChikuWeb a non-exclusive license to display your project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
All projects require an advance deposit before work commences. Final payment is due upon project completion and before final delivery/deployment. Refunds are only applicable if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work. Once a design or milestone is approved, no refunds will be issued for that phase.
ChikuWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh.
